Instruction according to $2,2 Fernabgabegesetz

For the execution of the right of revocation the return of the ordered merchandise without indication of reasons is sufficient within 14 days after receipt.

With a commodity value up to 40 € the customer bears the cost of the return. With commodity values above 40 € unfree return can take place.

According to §3,2,1 Fernabgabegesetz revocation is impossible when goods have been made to order of the customer or if they were explicitly made to fulfil the customer's needs or if they are unsuitable for return because of their condition or if they can spoil or if their date of expiry would be overdue.

The right of revocation is excluded according to §3,2,1 Fernabgabegesetz when the merchandise has already been used.
